Planet operates internationally under the trade name Planet International Holdings LLC, a company registered in the British Virgin Islands, and in India under the trade name of Planet International Holdings, a company registered in Kerala, India. Within the UAE the company operates under Planet Management Consultancy.

The company has had a direct involvement in the Dubai freehold real estate market for a number of years and has been actively associated with the developing legislation of foreign ownership of local property.

The company’s associates have a long history of involvement in the region with its senior partners (Chairman, CEO, and other Directors) having experience in Middle East construction and building industries for more than 30 years.

Planet’s current flagship project in the region is The Sundials at Jumeirah Golf Estates. This project is part of a residential golfing community comprising of four World Class Golf Courses designed by some of the World’s most remarkable golfing talents, among them Greg Norman, Vijay Singh and Sergio Garcia.

The Sundials” is a Luxury Development comprising of 46 individual properties which has been designed to enhance the living experience within a golfing community and compliment the surrounding environment.

Planet’s strategic vision is to develop a brand which will become recognizable throughout the region. Its focus will be on developing Projects within environments that capture the unique desirable qualities that discerning customers seek. It is currently investigating other attractive markets which include South Africa and selected European countries.
